Here are the reasons why the Eternity system has been developed.

Tickets get put up in lots of places. An iteration can involve tickets from several projects. This system is just for tracking work iterations.
Scope of the Work
The Eternity system has features which support the following user stories.
- Create new iteration
- Select intended tickets for iteration
- Accept completion of intended ticket
- Read list of intended tickets for iteration
- Read list of accepted tickets for iteration
- Close iteration (drop outstanding intentions)
- Continue with new iteration (carry over intentions)
