Evaluation Report
As part of all website evaluations we undertake clients will receive an Evaluation Report. This will comprise of a summary of the findings of the evaluation methods employed, together with their detailed analysis. Each report will include recommendations for making suggested improvements to your website.
Reports will be from 2 to 15 A4 sides in length (excluding tables) and will be sent to clients by email in .doc, .html or .rtf formats, 2 days to three weeks following the completion of the data collection phase of the evaluation.
Software Support *
Clients can learn more about the usage of their website through the use of log-file analysis software or an Online User Survey.
If you don't already have a suitable Website Statistics tool on your web-server we can install one for you, to gather quantitative information concerning the numbers and browsing patterns of visitors to your website. Where we have installed the software we will make continuous log-file reports privately available to clients over the Internet.
For clients keen to gather feedback from the users of their website we can design a questionnaire that meets your specifications and enables your visitors to give you their opinions. The Online User Survey can be accessed from a link within your website or, alternatively, posted to a location within your website's own domain. Responses to the survey will be submitted to our Response Receiver Application and made available to clients over the Internet.
We will analyse the data collected from our Software Support services after the elapse of an agreed period of time, likely to be in the order of 1 to three months. All details of this analysis will be included in the Evaluation Report.
